This cabin suited our needs just fine. There was 4 adults and one teenager on our trip and this suited our needs just fine. We did a lot of cooking and there were ample dishes to use and a dishwasher that cleaned the dishes. The view was ok. This place does need to be cleaned better and needs some TLC! Booking with RCAC was a breeze, Communication was definitely on point. You shouldn't have any questions when booking with this company as he is very thorough and responds quickly.

Family Christmas in November
We met 2 of 3 of our adult daughters and our son-in-law, all of whom live in other states, for our Christmas celebration. It was that perfect cabin for celebrating the season. We will be back next year.

What a beautiful place to stay
The property is just beautiful. It was very well kept and well appointed! From having everything we could possibly need in the kitchen to all of our entertainment needs while in the cabin! We loved the gas fireplaces, the balconies, the pool table and jacuzzi tubs! Each floor had its own special charm!

Winterfest Lighting Getaway
This cabin was perfect the the 3 of us. Great location right off of the Parkway, yet still tucked away from all of the hustle and bustle. The hot tub was wonderful and the beds were super comfortable. Accidentally deleted the Access Code so I emailed the owner. His response was right away and top notch! I will 100% recommend this! 5 stars from my little family

I rented the cabin for my family of 11. We brought our 3 adult children and their spouses/significant others and our 3 small grandchildren and this cabin was perfect! I think the photos and descriptions don’t do it justice … more beautiful in person!

Absolutely beautiful home/cabin to stay in. This is not your average cabin, three stories with a king master suite on each floor. No expense was spared furnishing, from top to bottom , from furniture to art work everything was beautifully done. Location just a few miles off from Light 1 in Pigeon Forge close to everything! Would love to stay here again!

Beautiful A-framed cabin
This cabin is elegant - the wood work is beautiful. Located minutes from Pigeon Forge, we had easy access to so many activities. The hot tub on a private deck is a particularly welcome treat as fall evening temperatures fall. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The whole stay was great, house was clean when we arrived, everything was easy to figure out, great little short drive right outside pigeon forge. Only downside was the hot tub didn’t have any sanitizer but a quick email to housekeeping, they showed up and fixed that issue within a few hours. Craig the main contact also got back with me quickly when I had any questions about the cabin. Will definitely be looking forward to booking another cabin through RCAC

We really enjoyed our stay at Bearcation. The cabin was the perfect size for our family of 4 and the small rocking chair was a bonus for our toddler. The location was amazing, close to everything but quiet enough to sit on the porch and relax. The hot tub was our favorite way to relax after a long day. We had reason to communicate with the host prior to arrival and our questions were answered quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend!

The vaulted ceiling & large window was amazing in the main living/dining area! Loved the enclosed deck with the hot tub. The upstairs master suite was awesome, loved the king sized bed & jacuzzi. Overall everything was great!

The location is close enough to be convenient and secluded enough to be peaceful! The beds and pillows were very comfy per everyone in the group, ages 21-72. I did not know the kitchen was on 2nd floor, and we do a lot of cooking, but the kitchen had everything a cook needs!! So many things!!! We are returning in April and will look at this cabin again.. or at least do business with this company.

This property was beautiful! Each bedroom had it's own full bathroom, which was great for our group. Our only advice is to be aware that the ceiling/floor between the main level and upstairs level is very thin. If you're in the main level bedroom next to the kitchen, you can hear everything upstairs. The basement rooms did not have this problem.

Beautiful cabin with lots of room for everyone. Very clean. Prime location and easy getting to attractions. Comfy beds. Felt right at home. Loved that there were 2 swimming pools as well to use. Owner very responsive and easy to deal with. Will definitely stay again!

Bear creek lodge was the perfect amount of space for our group of 11. The location was the perfect proximity to the cal Ripken baseball complex and conveniently located to the main strip where all the fun and attractions are! The pictures are accurate and the price was very good. We will definitely come back again!

A good time was had by all
We recently rented Possum Hollar and so enjoyed the cabin and especially the location. I am such a flatlander and driving in the mountains is terrifying to me. I was able to drive to any of the events, restaurants, stores etc. that I wanted to go to. Our group enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching others in the neighborhood. There were a couple of items, but I shared this with the owner and his response was appropriate.

We had a wonderful vacation and the cabin completely exceeded our expectations. The whole process (renting, arriving and departing) were simple and easy to follow. After long days of being at the baseball field and/or sightseeing it was so nice to come “home” to Are We Bear Yet. Would definitely recommend.

We had a nice stay at the cabin with our two young boys. The boys loved the bear decor throughout the property and the cabin was just as described. The cabin was the perfect location to get to the PF strip as well as the Dollywood parks - it took about 10 minutes to get to the parks on back roads without any traffic. We visited the main pool in the Alpine Valley resort and it was a great size and not overly crowded.

This is a great place to get away and enjoy with family and friends. Plenty of room to spread out, or be together. Fully equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed the large dinning table for dinners and games. Three different levels provide room for people to be able to space out and do different activities. One of the best vacations ever.

They cabin was beautiful just as in pictures completely clean very easy check in check out and nice quiet area very close to pigeon forge about 5 min ride and only about 15 minutes from gatlingsburg so perfect for checking out all attractions in both areas also has a book with tons of recommendations for things todo and places to eat so made it easy to plan a weeks worth of fun we will definitely consider visiting again and staying at families making memories once again of available

I recommend to everyone! It was extremely clean, we stayed 4 days and the "starter pack" of necessities lasted us the whole time! Great location, amazing amenities! Only thing that might be a problem to some people is the amount of stairs, and how steep they are. Other than that, this place is perfect!

Great place to stay.. No scary mountain roads, plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. Swing and rockers on covered front porch was perfect for enjoying the smoky mountain raining nights. Could sit for hours listening to the rain and thunder rumble thru the mountains. Short drive to parkway. Would definitely rent again.

This is our second time staying inside Alpine Mountain cabins and both times we have enjoyed our stay. We came for our daughter’s 6th birthday and the cabin was located perfectly, surrounded by all the attractions and Dollywood. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. The cabin was perfect in so many ways. Layout - with a bedroom and bathroom on each floor there is ample space to spread out and, even though in a group, still have your own space. Outdoor - all of the decks were so spacious, covered with ample seating with side tables for every chair. Also, a beverage tray and to make things so convenient...the grill was hooked up to a gas line. The hot tub was clean an easy to operate. Furniture - the most comfortable and clean furniture!

Loved our time at cabin. A couple of household issues. But, we otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Cabin was great for 4 married couples. Seating was perfect for both eating and lounging. Gas logs were a wonderful help when coming in from the elements. The hot tub was also used and enjoyed. Thanks again for the quick response over fridge issue.

Very accurate what you see in the website is what it is. Is really clean I will only say that there was dust over the tv furniture and the ceiling fan maybe management can work together with the housekeeper other than that is really a good place to stay.

The place was very clean and nice. Overall it was a great stay. The only downfall to it is no bathtub and that is hard when you have a toddler. The oven seemed to have a thermostat issue because it would always burn things even though I lowered the temperature from what I usually cook the food on. It is a beautiful cabin and very well decorated and clean. We enjoyed our stay at Bearcation very much.

Great cabin for 3 couples especially during COVID. First time staying at this cabin. Each had a separate floor with king suite with attached bathrooms plus. Common area very spacious and beautiful. Kitchen had updated appliances - stove had double oven.

Loved Our Stay!
We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Campfire Dreams! The location is perfect and close enough to town but very private feeling. We even saw a bear one evening when we came in. Check in was effortless and using the passcode was super easy. Upon arrival we immediately noticed how clean and nicely decorated everything was. Everything we needed as far as towels, linens, kitchen supplies was provided. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. My parents stayed in the main floor bedroom and my husband and I stayed downstairs. The couches and chairs were super comfortable and each night we enjoyed coming in and getting comfortable and watching Netflix before bed. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It was clean and nice. The guest book on the end table was full so we left a new one. I hope that is ok! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and we hope to come to Campfire Dreams again. Thanks for a great cabin.

We were supposed to be on an 8 day cruise, but this took it's place well. While myself and spouse have been to the area many times the rest of the family had not been there in years. Needless to day they had a great time and really enjoyed the cabin.

Beautiful cabin, just as described! Location is close to town, but yet away from the hustle! Only complaint we had was the pool table bumbers were broken and needs new felt. We talked to the maintenance guy, real nice and showed him...so im sure it will get taken care of as soon as possible! Kitchen was well stocked and had everything you would need! Extra touches like the throw quilts were nice!! Will definitely keep in mind for future trips, since we come just about every year.

We had the best stay at Mooseberry. The cabin was beautifully decorated and spotless clean. Even the decks/porches were clean and blown off with comfortable furniture for 5 to 6 adults to hang out in one area. My Husband and I traveled with our children and grand child (21 months old). Every one had their own floor with a nice king bed and bathroom. The location was nice too. Not far from the activities but It felt very isolated and private. Loved our stay at Mooseberry.

Enjoyable, and affordable. We had some noise form the cabin down the street, and had to call the police. There's also a message on the friedge to do so if the neighbos are loud, so this must be a thing. We did and they took care of it. No problems after that. It was a quiet and convenient area. You can drive or walk to some attractions. The cabin was cute and nicely decorated. The only complaint would be the showers are very small and very little counter space for cooking or food prep. Still great place to stay.

Great Smoky Mountain Stay
We had a great time at Kountry Kozy. During COVID we were a little nervous but the cabin was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make our own meals, since going out wasn’t a very appealing option. The only things I would have wished for would have been a larger stock pot and a sharp kitchen or paring knife. The hot tub was great and the beds were comfortable after a long day of hiking in the Smoky Mountains.

We had such a great time! There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a pull out bed in the basement, 4 of us slept down there. main floor has 2 bedrooms, a pull out couch and 1 full bathroom, 4 slept there. Upstairs has a large master suite with a bathroom and whirlpool tub, our newlyweds slept up there. The kitchen had everything we needed including a toaster, blender, and crockpot!! We utilized the hot tub and pool table every single day. The front porch swing was my favorite!

Easy location and very comfortable
We chose this general area because it is located right behind the Publix and Dollar General. We have small children and having quick access to those locations and circumventing all of the crazy traffic on the main drag is so helpful to getting to enjoy ourselves when inevitably we forgot something or had some emergency. This cabin is 4 minutes to both of those stores and then an easy jump across the main drag to Dollywood. This was a very nice neighborhood with other similar rental units.

Eagle perch was very nice and clean. It was very confortable and with beautiful views. My only recommendation to then be a 5 star rating place is that they must change the bathroom rugs, they were very worn out and dirty looking, also for privacy (specifically in the basement floor) they should install blinds in the doors that open to the porches.

Our family had a great stay at this cabin. This was our first time taking our girls to the mountains. They thought the cabin was cozy and charming. Location is everything, and we were a 5-10 minute drive from all of the major Pigeon Forge attractions. We will definitely consider coming back to this cabin when we return to Pigeon Forge in the future.

So I must say, this was the most incredible stay I’ve had in Pigeon Forge. So convenient to town and yet in the country. Saw a bear the first morning which is a first for us. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities of the cabin and will definitely book our next stay at this cabin. You cannot go wrong by booking this cabin!

The cabin was clean upon our arrival and the rooms were much larger than I expected. Sometimes online pictures can be deceiving in that regard. I did need to contact maintenance about a couple of issues, but they were very prompt to respond and came out immediately. We look forward to staying again at this property or another within the community in the near future.

The place has great wood log tables and chairs. The queen bed upstairs needs to be replaced, but I understand the king bed downstairs was ok. Both bathrooms were identical in size and layout. The carpet on the staircase and upstairs is getting worn, but I decorate houses so I pay more attention to those things. The location of this cabin is the absolute best because it's practically on the main road that goes through Pigeon Forge. It is the best location we have ever had in a cabin!

The cabin was just as described. It was clean and charming. Start up supply of everything we needed. Check in was easy ( 4 digit code and you are in ) beats waiting in line at cabin rentals offices ! Beds were comfortable , all appliances were in great working order. Great location for attractions. Would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a place to stay in the mountains.

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Opossum Holler cabin. The rooms and home are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the home for relaxation. The porch was a treat to sit on a rocking chair and relax. Very peaceful and quiet in the cabin community here. Gorgeous views and scenery. Would not recommend for anyone who has troubles with climbing stairs. There are 2 flights of stairs throughout because it is a 3 story home. But other than that we would recommend.

We had four families with 8 adults and 3 children. It was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. The kitchen was well equipped. We rated cleanliness a 4 because, while the house itself was clean, we killed several small roaches during our stay. In fairness, an exterminator did come by but did not spray because we were at the house. Despite that, we would stay here again.

My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Possum Holler cabin. The rooms and home are very comfortable and there is plenty of seating in the home for relaxation. The view from the second floor balcony was very peaceful and quiet gorgeous views and scenery, but other than the that we would recommend to anyone and my family would come back and visit again.

Location of this property and availability of rooms is this listings’ greatest attribute! It’s very close to the main strip and attractions, and easy to get to in the hills (no crazy roads!). The appliances were somewhat “dated” and there was a problem with wasps invading the game room and hot tub area, but the rest of the home was quaint and comfortable. There are multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate a large group.

Everything was accurate and we truly enjoyed our stay. The guys went motorcycle riding for a few days. The only complaint is that the HVAC system does not handle all 3 floors well. The basement (1st floor) was very cold, we had to cover the vent in one of the rooms. Only 1 thermostat on the main floor. Other than that, no issues and conveniently located near town.

Enjoyed our experience! We were looking for a log cabin type rental. This cabin housed our family of six perfectly. It was well stocked and immaculate. This cabin is located close to Pigeon Forge without being in the midst of the craziness. Even though it is located in a community of cabins, each cabin is situated so you can’t see your neighbors. Nice wooden rocking chairs to take in the view of the Smoky Mountains. Hot tub: Located on the porch, this was a perfect way to relax.

Our family chose Bearific to stay mainly because of the location. It was minutes from the LaConte Center where our boys’ basketball tournament was being held. Bonus was that there was a traffic light at the end of the road!! Kids loved the cozy cabin and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. The linens were fresh and clean, even the extra blankets were plentiful and fresh. They thought of everything. Only negative was bottom floor air froze you to death while second and third floor was hot, needs separate units or some way to cut off air vents on bottom floor so others floors get more air. We would still rent this unit again! Great place!

The cabin was clean and nicely setup. It was very close to the Parkway! The beds were comfy and clean. The upstairs TV had an issue with the sound, but we didn't really use it. The downstairs bathroom was on the small side. However the other two bathrooms were very spacious. The couches were very large and comfy. The floor plans make the entry door appear like you enter into the cabin into the livingroom with the dining room. However the entry is in the basement.

Absolutely loved staying in this cabin. Beautiful, spacious, & has EVERYTHING you need! Close to town but secluded enough to have peace and quiet. Only thing we struggled with was finding a comfortable temperature for everyone as the thermostats were funny (figured out the best we could). But def will be staying here again. We had a great time. Just a couple of notes. The smoke detector went off just 2-3 times one night for an undetermined reason and 1 time another night. Both times were in the middle of the night. Also, we never could figure out how to turn on the fire place. The timer switch didn't do it. We really enjoyed the pool table.

This was our second stay at the cabin Family Making Memories. We loved the cabin just as much as we did the first time. It's in a great location, very clean and has all the amenities you could possibly need. I would maybe suggest upgrading the T.V.'s in the bedrooms but that wouldn't deter me from staying at the cabin again.

We had a very enjoyable experience at Mooseberry! The cabin was beautiful and very clean. We had all of the space and amenities that we needed inside and out. We used the gas grill even in the rain and loved the outdoor area, especially the comfy chairs! We enjoyed the pool table and the whole basement area. We used the washer and dryer for towels and that was convenient also. We used both gas fireplaces at night and they were great. We also saw a squirrel and a raccoon on the porch one night!

The cabin was beautiful and even though there are other cabins close by I still felt like there was good privacy. Its super easy to get to as well! Only problem we had was the hot tub was broken. Someone was suppose to come and fix it but they never did. Other than that everything was great! We had everything we needed and pigeon forge was less than a minute drive away!

We spent a long weekend celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary with family in the cabin. Conveniently located to major attractions. Very well laid out with an abundance of outdoor seating. Kitchen is very well set up with anything you might need for preparing meals. Two bedrooms on the first floor was a plus for our group. Basement was great for teenagers to have their own space. Upper level bedroom was beautiful. Overall a comfortable, functional, great place!

We enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It was very clean and we had everything we needed during our 3-night stay (including laundry). The cabin has lots of space and ample seating in the living area (much nicer than being cooped up in a hotel room). There were plenty of extra towels, pillows, and blankets and the beds were quite comfortable. It's also very close to the grocery, drug store, LeConte Convention Center, the Old Mill, and plenty of other restaurants.

This cabin is perfect for a family vacation. Clean... I mean REALLY clean and well supplied, we had everything we needed and a few things we didn't think of. Everything felt new and polished! The beds were firm but comfortable with lots of extra blankets to snuggle by the fire. The management team was quick to return our phone call and entry/exit was a breeze! The new couches and waffle iron were an added bonus. Although this cabin is close to all the action, but it feels remote.

We had such a great time in this cabin! There was plenty of room for everyone, the location was perfect for us, and it was very clean and cozy. If I had to say anything it would just be that I wish there were more towels (you get one per person) and a bigger washer/drying- but that’s me being picky. Otherwise it was perfect and I would most definitely stay here again!

We decided last minute to take off for a weekend. Booking was fast and easy. Best Customer Service ever from Craig. The cabin itself was delightful -- very clean and cozy. It was a very rainy weekend, which made the fireplace and the tin roof the best amenities for the most relaxing weekend we've had in many, many years. The location absolutely cannot be beat for the convenience. We will definitely stay again!

We had 4 adults and 4 children on our trip to Pigeon Forge. Possum Hollar had all the amenities we could ask for including a griddle to make french toast and a crock pot that we let a roast simmer while out doing kids things. The Echo Dot was a real lot of fun. The kids were asking Alexa questions day and night. We have an Echo Dot at home but have never seen one in a cabin or hotel that we have stayed before. We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was nice & roomy. It was close to many attractions, so it was very convenient to go out & explore. My only complaint was the size of the downstairs bathroom. With 2 bedrooms on that floor, it was cramped for 4 people to be sharing that space. Overall, we all had a wonderful experience!

We have booked Possum Hollar several times in the past with the previous rental company. We were very fortunate to find it listed this time online on VRBO. Mr Hubbell was very easy to work with and pricing was more attractive than our previous visits. The new sofabeds were a real plus for us and our grandkids. We appreciated the cabin being so clean and the special touch with the Dawn & Cascade that we have never seen at any other cabin. We try to come back because of the 4 king beds & location.

Even though we encountered rain and snow during our visit to Pigeon Forge, we enjoyed our stay because the cabin was very accommodating. We enjoyed the coziness of the fireplace while watching all the latest movies from our firestick that we brought along for the trip. My family and I enjoyed our stay at Cozy Bear very much . The property was very clean and comfortable. Being there during the Christmas season was a bonus because all of the wonderful Christmas decorations were still on display. The location being close to town was convenient for us to see the sights and enjoy the many offerings in both Gatlinburg and Sevierville. Craig was very quick to respond to our questions and our correspondence. We will definitely be back.

This was a great weekend getaway for my significant other and me. We really enjoyed this cabin and immediately felt right at home. I especially enjoyed staying here over the holidays as it was decorated for Christmas. We liked how close to town the cabin is located as we went out exploring during the day. At night, we cozied up by the fire for movies and some intense games of Scrabble. We had a great time and will definitely be back!

This cabin was just gorgeous. High quality furnishings and you never would guess you were so close to the main parkway as it was so quiet. Every single room of the cabin had some Christmas decorations and that was very appreciated. I would just recommend a full size tree in the future. A Cozy Cabin that lived up to its name
From the moment we arrived until the day we left the Cozy Bear Overlook cabin what exactly what we hoped it would be. The cabin was in excellent and clean condition upon arrival. The layout was perfect for our group of four couples. The downstairs was great for those of us that preferred to stay up later without disturbing the others.The views were great and the location of the cabin was one of the most convenient we’ve ever stayed at in Pigeon Forge. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

Amazing trip!
We had a wonderful time at Campfire Dreams. Our annual Christmas mountain trip was extra special with the comfy, cozy cabin. The beds were extremely comfortable and having 2 separate king suites was a must for 4 adults and the 1 child loved having his our floor (the loft). We played lots of pool and foozball, unfortunately the Xbox controller was missing so the little one was disappointed but it did not hamper our trip. The cabin is conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay in this cabin and may stay in the future. Perfect location. Only complaint is the downstairs is really really cold and the floors creak, a lot.. and we wish that the fireplace actually heated up and not just for show, but other than that we absolutely loved it. The cabin has tons of charm and it had enough space for us. All in all, the cabin was great.

Wonderful family sized chalet
We loved our stay. We has 8 adults in our party and with bedrooms on 3 levels we all had space to stretch out. The location was wonderful. Its only a couple miles or so from chalet to the main stip.. I hope we can rent it again the next time we make a family trip to the smokies.

We just got back from a couples trip with friends and stayed in Campfire Dreams. We loved the location of this cabin-it made getting around Pigeon Forge so easy! The cabin was beautifully decorated for Fall-inside and out. It had a grill and cozy fireplace as well. And of course-we loved the hot tub. The basement is a perfect hang-out spot complete with a comfortable couch, 2 recliners, a large TV and a pool table. There is something for everyone here! I would highly recommend this cabin.

We just spent three days at the cabin with my three sons all 12 and under. We had a great trip and a great time in the cabin during our stay. The cabin was just as advertised and everything was in good working condition and clean. I had excellent communications with owner / manager! No issues whatsoever.

Perfect for a family vacation
We rented this cabin for a 4 generation family vacation to celebrate my grandmothers birthday. The cabin was ready for check-in on time and was extremely clean. I was worried at first about the fully stocked kitchen as we planned to prepare and eat all breakfast and dinner meals at the cabin. We had everything we could have possibly needed. The large dining room table was a perfect setting for the entire family. I would highly recommend and will be looking at renting again for our next vacation.

We were so fortunate to discover this cabin. First of all it is a well laid out cabin just perfect for 2-4 people. It has so many cozy spots to read, nap or just sit. The furnishings are beautiful. It is far enough from Parkway so it is very quiet. Excellent location. You are close to restaurants and all the things offered to do in Pigeon Forge. Covered porches for rocking. This was our first visit but certainly won't be our last.

This was a great place to stay while we were in Pigeon Forge TN. The place was clean and well kept. Easy access to get in and out for the door. GPS can have fun trying to find it, so use their directions as well. There were five in our group 2 couples and 1 single. All 3 king suites have their own bathroom and there is room for two more via hide-a-bed, sadly no spare bathroom for them. :) We loved hanging out on the covered deck in the evening and chatting.

We loved our stay at Cozy Bear Overlook. The cabin was spotless upon arrival and housekeeping had left on a couple of lamps for us which made us feel welcome. We cooked several meals in the great kitchen and had plenty of counter space to work. There was more than enough glasses, dishes, silverware, bake ware for our needs, and lots of kitchen gadgets. The huge gas grill was great too. It was nice to have plenty of space to spread out and having a bathroom with each bedroom was great

A beautiful property in an ideal location!
Campfire Dreams was not only a lovely cabin, the perfect size for 2 couples staying together, but it was in a perfect location! Only a half mile or so off Pigeon Forge Parkway, it is nestled into the hillside so that you get absolutely no noise from the nearby touristy area. We were completely in love with this cabin and all 4 of us kept saying "this is exactly what I would build if I were to build". I would highly recommend Campfire Dreams

This was a great cabin for our family. Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom as well as space to relax. The cabin was very clean as well. The porch views were wonderful with plenty of seating there. The only problem we encountered was that one on the cable boxes didn’t work. Awesome place to stay
This is our second stay at this cabin, and again I was not disappointed. The cabin is so pretty and I love the location. I was excited to see that the old grill had been replaced, and up to date tv's. Not that we watched that much tv, we were out enjoying beautiful Tennessee. SUPER clean and great location!
Wow! This is the perfect location for anyone that doesn’t want to be IN the woods, IN the mountains. It was very convenient and we felt extremely safe. You can’t walk to anything so be prepared to drive, however this is the prefect location if you are interested in activities outside of the National Park. We couldn’t believe how clean everything was...we even used the hot tub!

The house was decorated nicely and the Furnishings were very adequate. We all enjoyed the hot tub every evening of our stay. The kitchen was well-equipped and the table was large enough for our party. The TVs and all the remotes were a little difficult to figure out but we didn't spend much time watching TV anyway. If you like a cool room take one of the lower two. The upper bedroom has its own cooling unit but if your wife has hot flashes.

This is probably my 5th or 6th vacation home rental. And I would have to say for the price, this is a spectacular property. Communication was on point. Craig did a great job of sending everything to us. He answered any emails quickly. He is not lying when he says to NOT follow GPS. She had us going in circles to find this place, but once we pulled out his step by step instructions we were fine.

This is a beautiful cabin located very conveniently to the strip and major attractions in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is fully stocked with everything needed to make the stay comfortable. Spring Break At Cozy Bear Overlook
We really enjoyed our stay at your cabin. The place was sparkling clean with a warm inviting atmosphere. We had all the comforts of home and were only minutes away from the attractions, some of which we could see from our window. It is always refreshing to check into a rental and find that it has been cleaned properly! This one was, and it makes us want to return again soon! Very comfortable beds, great internet & cable, comfortable floor plan. One minor caveat - the main bedroom tub is difficult to access; quite a climb-over, but the tub & shower were worth it! The location is soooo convenient; saved us a lot of time accessing events in Pigeon Forge. We were very happy with this rental!

Came all the way from San Antonio, Texas! I decided on a cabin WITHOUT a theater room or arcade because I wanted to get rid of the technology for the week. (Besides there is a TV in every bedroom so the kids still watched Netflix at night) This cabin was perfect for our large family. Plenty of towels but I brought extra for the hot tub. I had to call the manager only one time for a question regarding the gas grill and he answered immediately and was helpful and friendly.

I would recommend this cabin to everyone I know. I talked with the owner and he was very nice and very helpful. I received a call not long after check in, asking if everything was as we expected and if we needed anything else to make our stay more enjoyable. The only thing any of the 8 of us could think of was more time.

We were there for 3 nights, with a group of ladies. It was extremely nice, that there were 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which the put the sharing to a minimal, and each person could pretty much have their own space, then congregate in the great room. Great location, if you don't want to be up in the mountains, but yet have your own cabin. Close to Pigeon Forge, and a short drive to Gatlinburg.

Wedding trip to Tranquil Times
The cabin and the location were convenient for everyone. The 3 year old claimed the game room and watched his dad and uncles play pool while perched on a stool. Perfect cabin
Tranquil Times was a perfect cabin to visit with my siblings after the death of our mother earlier this year. We came from Kentucky, Alabama and Georgia and had an opportunity to share tears and laughter together. We spent a lot of time on the different decks rocking away in all the rocking chairs. Once a year trip
Our family had a chance to get together for our once a year trip and this year we chose Pigeon Forge. Thanksgiving was great in Pigeon Forge and Bear Creek Lodge. We had plenty of room and the kids really enjoyed the game room. Of course, football was on the TV’s. The island and the Ferris wheel was a great adventure for “some” of us. Our Christmas shopping is almost done with more than one trip to Tanger Outlet.

We had an all women retreat with our family the weekend of April 27 and to say Mooseberry was stunning is an understatement. We had a great time at the cabin. It was stocked with everything we needed and more. Beautiful area and the cabin was remarkable. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated and the location couldn't have been better. It is close to everything in Pigeon Forge but still has the feeling of being in a secluded area away from all the traffic. Very accommodating and relaxing. We will definitely be renting this cabin again in the future. We plan to make it a yearly retreat and we have found the perfect place with this rental. We would recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, relaxing getaway. Thanks for a great weekend!

This trip was for our annual girl's getaway. There were 6 adult women,1 infant, and 2 toddlers. Family Making Memories had plenty of sleeping room (including room to set up a pack-n-play for the baby), which was a must after those long days of walking and shopping the outlet mall in Pigeon Forge, and the unlimited shops and attractions in Gatlinburg. This cabin had everything we needed. The only thing we had to purchase was more toilet paper and paper towels. There were plenty of extra throw blankets/quilts for the beds to use on the cooler nights. I was pleasantly surprised with the convenience and location of the cabin to the Parkway, just a quick short ride. The leaves were gorgeous and the rest we had was much needed. The cabin is beautiful. We will definitely stay here again if our girl's trip involves us staying in the Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg areas. I have used the VRBO website many times for duck hunting trips for my husband and son in locations one would not think there were rentals available, girl's trips, and mother-daughter getaways. I cannot change my nickname information on here, and it says "Perfect for hunting", I used that nickname for a hunting trip the whole family went on. This is not an area one would be able to hunt in.

We had the privilege of renting Mooseberry for the kids’ spring break. It is absolutely beautiful, roomy, and wonderfully decorated throughout the cabin. I would definitely give it 5 stars for cleanliness and I can be hard to please. The beds and linens were very comfortable and we had some of the best night's rest we've had on any vacation. The cabin had a great location in the resort giving it some nice privacy from the other homes. There was even a turkey that visited everyday that we enjoyed watching as it was scratching around for food. We didn't use the gas grill but it appeared to be fairly new and clean. The hot tub was great but probably our favorite feature was the beautiful little waterfall garden next to the cabin. Very peaceful and relaxing sitting on the deck and listening to the water. The driveway is a bit steep initially but levels out as you drive behind the cabin and there is parking for at least two vehicles with room to turn around. The doors kept locking behind us as we were trying to unload the vehicles or if we went out the side door to use the hot tub so memorize your key code quickly. We had only some very minor issues while we were at Mooseberry concerning the Xbox 360 and the TV 's and it was quickly addressed by the property manager who was wonderful to deal with and took our concerns seriously. We'd love to compliment and thank the property manager and the owner of Mooseberry for having one of the nicest and best priced cabins to rent in the Pigeon Forge area. We truly hope we can return next year.

I rented this cabin for a weekend stay for my extended family of 14 for my father's 72nd birthday. We were worried that we would feel crowded with so many in one cabin, but were happy with the space that the 3 levels provided. We had plenty of room to spread out. The master suite was really roomy with a comfy king size bed, jetted tub and large bathroom. The others 4 bedrooms were small, but plenty of space for our needs. We enjoyed the upper and lower decks on the back of the cabin and really loved the hot tub. We spent some time swinging and rocking on the front porch. The well-stocked kitchen and large dining room table were awesome. We had plenty of space for the entire family to get together for a meal and to play games around the table. This cabin is in a community with no privacy so if you want seclusion then look somewhere else. We didn't mind being close to other cabins and had no issues. We really enjoyed the close proximity to Pigeon Forge. My family had a great weekend and look forward to another visit to the Bear Creek Lodge.

Tom and I enjoyed our time at Family Making Memories, it was nice and clean, it was close to the shopping malls, yet in a peaceful area. After a long day the grill on the deck and the hot tub made our evening special. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting some time away from home.

I always have high expectations (maybe too high!) of a rental, but Campfire Dreams did not come up short! The listing description and photos were 100% accurate. Booking was a breeze and any questions were answered in a couple of minutes (via email). The cabin is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Kitchen is fully stocked and adequate linens are provided. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. The beds are so comfortable and the large televisions throughout were a bonus. I really loved the location of the cabin! Located only two miles from Tanger Outlet and Wal-Mart, with numerous restaurants and attractions within half a mile. It only takes 3-4 minutes to reach the parkway from the cabin. Even though it is located so close, you would never know it while at the cabin. You get the feeling of being in the woods. The resort was very quiet during our stay. That is a great thing when you want to sit on the deck, in a rocker, and take in a breath of fresh air! I highly recommend this cabin! My only regret is that I didn't book it for a few more nights. I didn't want to leave!

Roomy and well appointed
We stayed for a week in Bear Creek Lodge, which was roomy and well appointed. We experienced a minor maintenance issue but everyone from the maintenance staff; management group and owner were expeditious and courteous in their response. We would consider renting this cabin again in the future.

Campfire Dreams was wonderful
Campfire Dreams was wonderful. It's beautiful inside and out, well decorated, exceedingly comfortable. It's located directly next to the pool, which is immaculately clean really nice on the hot days. We loved the fact that it was so close to the parkway and attractions (we stayed in a different cabin the last time we were in Pigeon Forge, and while it was beautiful, the trip to it was not for the faint of heart) and yet it was very quiet. This cabin is actually better than the pictures show. t's clean, neat and well maintained. The reservation folks are prompt and helpful. The area around Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg is a great area with attractions for the whole family. Have a meal at the Apple Barn. The Ripley's Aquarium in Gatlinburg is pricy but worth the price of admission. Also be sure to take some time and go to natural attractions in the Smokies like Cade's Cove and Clingman's Dome. The worst thing about this cabin was leaving it. I really hope we get to come back!

Wonderful stay!
Wonderful stay! We just returned home from our stay at Cozy Bear Overlook. We enjoyed it very much; everything was as described and very homey! Very clean and tidy! Hot tub was great in the cool nights! The transaction went extremely smooth and the rental company responded quickly to all my emails!

Perfect location
Cozy Bear Overlook is a perfect location for gathering of old friends---not only new looking and clean...but delightfully decorated in the mountain motif so it puts everyone in a "vacation" mood. Huge cabin with great views which has great outdoor space with the rocking chair porch, deck, hot tub, and grill. Beds were good...important! We never felt crowded because so many places to go for either romantic or party time! Property Manager made our getaway stress free. We will return!

One to remember
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Family Making Memories, it was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed to make a big breakfast. We like the fine furnishings in the cabin, and the grill on the deck was great, We used it a couple of times and it helped us save on the cost of eating out. The rental company was easy to work with; they gave us all the information we needed to make our vacation one to remember.

We loved our stay
We loved our stay in Pigeon Forge. The cabin is beautiful. We loved all the unique decorations and beautiful pots of flowers on the decks. Of course, the kids loved that the pool was next to the cabin. The resort is really conveniently located to the Parkway where all the restaurants and shows are. This is the second year we stayed there and plan on returning next year to Campfire Dreams.

Spring Break 2013
We stayed in Bear Creek Lodge for Spring Break 2013. The cabin was easy to find and close to town. We appreciated all the parking since we brought a Yukon XL, an extended cab pick up and a 16-foot boat! The property was nice and well maintained. We loved the rockers and the swing on the front porch. It was also reasonably priced and the owner was fabulous to work with. I would stay in this cabin again.

We will be back. Our stay at Cozy Bear Overlook was perfect. After our visit last weekend we rented a week for our summer vacation. We come to Pigeon Forge often and I think for the money Cozy Bear has been the best cabin we have ever stayed at before. It was very clean and convenient. Thanks so much.

Perfect Vacation
Perfect Vacation at Campfire Dreams. The cabin was very clean, very comfortable and provided our family with a “perfect base” for our vacation. The location is ideal; the pool right next door was great for our young kids and the cabin itself is so close to the Parkway and the attractions, yet feels secluded and was very quiet. The photos online were spot-on with the rental there were no disappointments! You can tell this cabin is well cared for.

My wife and I had stayed at one of your Biloxi condos last year and renting this cabin was very simple. We traveled with the family at a perfect time of the year to enjoy the fall color. We were pleasantly surprised with Bear Creek Lodge and really enjoyed our time there. We left a pair of sunglasses and the housekeeper found them and were helpful in getting them back to us. We all met there from several states and just wish we had more family time together. Thanks for letting us visit your beautiful cabin.
