Rent Cabins And Condos LLC currently offers one condominium in Biloxi. This property is individually owned and the amenities can vary from property to property.  The following should answer most of your questions.

Can I make a reservation online?

Yes, reservations are made online at www.RentCabinsAndCondos.com  Each reservation must be accepted and confirmed by the owner and/or Rent Cabins And Condos LLC.

What is the method of payment?

We accept major credit cards or debit cards for the deposit.  Visa, MasterCard, Discover.

How much is the reservation deposit?

To secure your reservation, there is a 25% of the total due via credit/debit card at the time of booking that is applied toward your total due. Your reservation deposit may be made with Visa, Master Card, or Discover. The balance of rent and other fees are due by personal check 30 days before your scheduled arrival at the property. If you are booking within 30 days of arrival, the total amount is due at time of booking and will be charged to your credit/debit card.

Do you accept credit cards for the final payment?

No, not unless your booking is within 30 days of arrival then all your payment will be via credit/debit card at the time of booking.

Do you accept money orders or bank drafts?

No, because this is like sending cash and may get lost in the mail. You are responsible for payment and the postal service is not.

Do we receive notice of payment?

Yes, when your final payment is received we will send a “Paid in Full” email.

What is the cancellation policy?

We Have a NO REFUND policy.  We highly recommend you purchase travel insurance that is offered during the renting process.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Two types of travel insurance are offered via Travel Guard during the online booking process. Travel insurance is optional, but we highly recommend purchasing it. You can review the specific details on our website. Please contact Travel Guard directly concerning any questions.

Do you require a damage deposit?

No, we do not require a damage deposit if you book on this website. We keep your credit/debit card on file in case there will be additional charges for damage. 

Is there a minimum night stay?

Yes, typically a 3-night minimum is required. Certain holiday periods require a 4-night stay. During the peak summer season we also have a 4-night minimum stay. Our snowbird bookings typically require at lease a one-month stay.

We never accept a 1-night booking unless it is an extension to a current reservation.  

Do I have to arrive on a Saturday?

No, you can arrive and depart any day of the week.

What is the "property preparation”?

The property preparation fee covers non-rental fees associated with preparing the home for a guest stay. This includes departure cleaning, inspections, inventory management, supply set-up, various preparations and other tasks associated with preparing the property for guest arrival.

What is the resort fee?

Most of the Homeowners Associations for the newer condominiums in the Biloxi area charge a resort fee for each booking.  The amount is typically dependent on the length of stay.

What is the accidental limited damage waiver fee?

Most of the condominium managers and/or owners have this fee to cover the minor accidental wear & tear as well as breakage items that may occur during your stay.

Are linens supplied?

Yes, linens for are provided including bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets and quilts.  Also provided are two bath towels, two hand towels, and two washcloths per bed as well as kitchen towels.

Do you supply pool/beach towels?

No, be sure to bring your own pool/beach towels and DO NOT remove any of the bath towels from the property.

Are pets allowed? Is smoking allowed in the properties?

NO, none of our properties are pet friendly; nor do they allow smoking inside. If we discover a pet or smoking in the property, you are subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.  Also we will charge your credit/debit card the amount stated in the terms and conditions of the specific property you rent.  If you must bring your pet we recommend doing a search for pet friendly properties.  Smoking outside is permitted and cigarette buckets are provided. Owners are allowed to bring their own pets but guests are not. 

What are your terms and conditions?

The terms and conditions vary by property and are listed with the property information on our website www.RentCabinsAndCondos.com  All reservations and pricing are subject to change prior booking and approval of the property owners and/or Rent Cabins And Condos LLC.

How far is the condo from the beach?

Ocean Club unit #201 is just across the street from the beach.  Ocean Club has a stop light at the condominium so going across the road shouldn’t be difficult.

Are beach chairs, umbrellas and toys provided?

We do not officially supply beach chairs, umbrellas or toys, although some of these items may be at the condo. We suggest you take a look at what is there before making a trip to one of our local beach stores.

Does each property have pool access?

Yes, our condominiums do have pools and are available year round except for possible maintenance issues.

How are the properties equipped?

The properties are equipped with the basics:

Kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, electric oven, stove, microwave oven, blender, toaster, electric can opener, pots, pans, cutlery, dish ware and glassware.

Living Area: color TV, cable connection, vacuum cleaner and broom.

Clothes Care: washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Is Wi-Fi and cable television provided?

Yes, free Wi-Fi and cable (or satellite) TV are provided. The Wi-Fi passwords will be provided via the access email.

Is there an outdoor grill?

Yes, the condominiums have outdoor grills that are used by all tenants.  Grills are not allowed on the balconies. 

Can we bring air mattresses?

No, over the years we have had too much damage by guest leaning air mattresses against the walls during the day and having them fall and break lamps and pictures etc. Also, the cabins are not designed to have more guests than indicated in our property descriptions.

How much parking is available?

Each condomimum has one covered parking space assigned.  You MUST park in the assigned space for the unit.  Parking outside is available for any additional vehicles.

Do you offer handicap accessible properties?

Our properties are in high-rise condominiums and are wheelchair accessible. We do not have fully handicap properties.

Where do we pick-up the keys or obtain property access information?

Access information for the properties (and alarm codes if applicable) will be sent via the access email 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Driving directions will also be sent at this time.

How and when do we receive the access and direction information?

Our software will automatically email you 10 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.  Also provided will be alarm codes if applicable, Wi-Fi information, directions and more.  We recommend sharing this information with other drivers in your group.

When can I check-in?

Check-in begins at 3:00 pm CST but is not guaranteed. If you arrive early please enjoy the area attractions.

When do I check-out?

Check-out is no later than 10:00 am CST.  Housekeeping needs between 10:00 am CST and 3:00 pm CST to prepare all of the properties for the next arrival.

Can we check-in early or drop-off our luggage?

No, our check-in time is at 3:00 pm CST. Please do not interrupt the cleaning & inspection staff as they will be preparing multiple properties for guests arrivals. Please plan your trip accordingly.

Who do I contact concerning a problem after arrival?

The contact information will be provided via the access email.

How does renting a condominium differ from renting a hotel room?

An individual unit is more spacious than a hotel or motel room. You will have a fully equipped kitchen, pools, grills and work-out rooms at your disposal. You will not have valet parking, bell service, daily maid service, or room service.

What does the condo look like?

Every unit either has a balcony facing the Gulf of Mexico or is within view of the Gulf. The condominium you rent is privately owned. The owner decorates each unit individually. For more information, check out the photographs and slide shows for each property on our Property Search pages.

Am I expected to clean before I depart?

The property owners contract housekeepers to clean after your departure. This is added to your rental fee at the time you make your reservation. However, we expect you to do a few basic clean up measures before departure. This means bagging and disposing of trash, putting dirty dishes in the dishwasher etc.

Do you provide baby equipment?

No, we do not typically provide baby equipment. 

What should I bring?

A "starter supply" of bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags, bath soap, and dishwashing detergent is supplied. They are not replenished during your stay. We suggest you pack coffee filters, food storage bags, salt & pepper, cooking ingredients, paper products and non-bleach laundry detergent. Personal items such as hair dryer, sunglasses, swimsuit, sunscreen and pool/beach towels are not supplied. Towels and bed linens are provided. We request these linens not be taken to pools.
